Requirements

Previous experience in home health care or a related field required

Reliable transportation to travel between clients' homes.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Background check clearance and references required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer medication and monitor clients' health as directed by healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document care services and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols.
