About The Position
Executive Home Care of Fort Myers is seeking a male Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. This role is specifically to provide support to our male clients in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area. Requirements
- Valid HHA or CNA certification (Florida)
- Minimum 1 year of home care or facility caregiving experience preferred
- Must be male to meet client care needs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate

- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Assist male clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)
- Provide companionship and respectful support in daily living activities
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
- Deliver care with professionalism, dignity, and compassion
