Adventist HealthCare Home Health is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA) servicing Rockville Territories who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Home Health Aide (CNA) you will: Assists with rising patient care needs Provides excellent personal care to patients to maximize satisfaction according to Aide Plan of Care Maintains safe environment in patient’s home Manages visiting caseload productivity within the appropriate expected time frame Documents care provided to meet regulatory requirements in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Consults with professional staff on patient problems and is involved with long and short-term goals that are consistent with organization’s vision, mission, values and goals Completes continuing education and competency requirements within designated time frames as specified by Medicare conditions of participation Provide and/or assist with personal hygiene activities, utilize preventive skin care measures, Perform special procedures/treatments

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Maryland Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with agency insurance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assists with rising patient care needs
