We are currently hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver with consistent evening availability (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) nearly every night, including weekends, along with Tuesday mornings from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent availability for: Evenings: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (most days, including weekends) Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused mindset
• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or CNA preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and support with daily living activities
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
• Offer companionship and emotional support through meaningful interaction
• Support our Homelife Enrichment approach—engaging patients in activities that bring joy, comfort, and connection
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care
