Our Homewatch CareGivers University is a professionally-developed training platform designed to give you the tools and resources you need to make the very most of your time with clients and gain the most satisfaction from your job. It includes online accredited courses to help you meet the training requirements you may need to stay current with caregiver certification and licensing. We also offer specialized training for working with clients suffering from Alzheimer's Disease/dementia, Parkinson's and ALS. The more prepared you are, the more secure you feel in your daily work. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements
- At least one year of in-home experience as a Home Health Aide or C.N.A
- Experience with hands-on care (transfers, dressing, bathing, etc.)
- Dependability and a positive, friendly and caring attitude
- Must have current Level 2 Florida background check and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
