About The Position
Adventist HealthCare is hiring a Home Health Aide (CNA) servicing our Rockville and Frederick County Maryland who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Home Health Aide you will assist with rising patient care needs, provide excellent personal care to patients to maximize satisfaction according to Aide Plan of Care, maintain a safe environment in the patient's home, manage visiting caseload productivity within the appropriate expected time frame, document care provided to meet regulatory requirements in Electronic Medical Record (EMR), consult with professional staff on patient problems, and complete continuing education and competency requirements within designated time frames as specified by Medicare conditions of participation.
