Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants , and Certified Nursing Assistants located in Fairfield, CT, and the surrounding areas to provide essential support and meaningful companionship to clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available. As a PCA, or CNA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the client's quality of life by assisting with personal care, household tasks, and providing much-needed social engagement.
Requirements

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D, or any other relevant certification.
Responsibilities
- Daily Routine Support: Assist with "Activities of Daily Living" (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
- Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide medication reminders as directed.
- Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment.
- Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, and medical appointments. and social outings.
- Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities.
- Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers (e.g., from bed to chair).
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.
- Tailored Care Plans: Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.
