HHA/CNA Immediate Coverage Needed
About The Position
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants in Boca Raton for 12 hour day shifts. As a Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personal care and private in home services as assigned by a licensed professional. Follow individualized work plans and provide safe assistance to patients/clients with activities of daily living. Position Details: Location: Boca Raton, FL Shift: 12-hour day shifts Patient: Affluent female patient Pay: $35 - $40 per hour Care Level: Patient is ambulatory; assistance primarily with activities of daily living Travel Requirements: Must have a valid passport Must be willing and able to travel with the patient, including on a private jet French-speaking is a strong plus (not required) Candidate Profile: This role requires a caregiver with excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and experience providing concierge-level or white-glove service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting an affluent client, interacting appropriately with family and staff, and maintaining discretion, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills while traveling with the patient.
Requirements
- Active Florida HHA certificate (75-hour) or active Florida CNA license
- Must have a valid passport
- Must be willing and able to travel with the patient, including on a private jet
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Experience providing concierge-level or white-glove service
- Comfortable supporting an affluent client, interacting appropriately with family and staff, and maintaining discretion, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills while traveling with the patient
- Reliable transportation
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors and individuals in need
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Previous home care or facility experience is a plus
- French-speaking is a strong plus (not required)
