As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in the day‑to‑day care of our patients within their homes. You will collaborate closely with our nursing department to ensure each patient receives the appropriate level of care, support, and attention.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License/State ID
• Reliable Personal Transportation
• Must Pass a Criminal Background Check (Required)
• Must Be Eligible to Work in the United States (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Home Health Aide or Caregiver (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Light Housekeeping
• Companionship & Emotional Support
• Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance
• Mobility Support & Safe Transfer Techniques
• Medication Reminders (as permitted by state guidelines)
• Documentation of Daily Activities and Observations
• Any additional duties outlined in the patient’s individualized Care Plan
