About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to clients in the Lubbock, TX area. Caregivers support clients with daily living activities and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home health aide experience preferred
- Strong compassion and patient care skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Dependable and professional work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Support clients with daily routines and activities
