About The Position
Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team. The Home Health Aide performs a variety of patient care and related functions under the supervision of a professional nurse. Gives care and support to persons who are elderly or disabled and in need of assistance to remain in their own homes. Position Specifics: o Department: Home Health o Core Function: Nursing Support o Schedule: Day Shift, 32 hrs/wk o Facility: St. Nicholas Hospital and surrounding area o Location: Sheboygan, WI o Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Qualifications Eligible to work as a nursing assistant at the affiliate and/or home health care agency as listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
Requirements
- Eligible to work as a nursing assistant at the affiliate and/or home health care agency as listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Eligible to work as a nurse assistant as indicated with the State Registry is required.
- Valid state driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable automobile is required.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
