About The Position
We are currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aids or Certified Nursing Assistants for a Lahey Hospice opportunity in the Watertown/Boston area. This role offers an increased pay rate and consistent 40 hours a week.
Requirements
- Active HHA or CNA Massachusetts Certificate
- Must be available Monday through Friday with no scheduling restrictions
- Reliable transportation
- Communication and compassionate care approach

Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Support patients with comfort-focused, end-of-lifecare
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
- Maintain a clean, safe and supportive environment
