The Home Health Aide provides hands-on support with daily living activities while creating moments of connection, comfort, and compassion. This role plays a vital part in fostering a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. What You'll Do: Assist residents with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and dining - always promoting independence and respect Provide medication assistance as trained and delegated Engage residents in conversation and activities that enhance quality of life Observe and communicate changes in resident needs to the nursing team Help maintain a clean, safe, and uplifting environment Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, supportive workplace culture What You Bring: A compassionate heart and a servant-leader mindset Reliability and a strong sense of accountability Ability to work as part of a caring, mission-driven team We pay a competitive wage of $20.00 - $22.50/hour and Shift Differentials available for evenings and overnights. WORK SCHEDULE Our Home Health Aides (HHA) enjoy a flexible schedule . The typical schedule includes rotating every other weekend and every other holiday .
