About The Position

BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Admissions Registered Nurse!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOCs) for geriatric patients in Senior Living (Independent and Assisted Living) Communities in Newton, Wayland, Milford and surrounding towns. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred. Requirements

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN

Responsibilities

• Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for geriatric patients in Senior Living (Independent and Assisted Living) Communities
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
