About The Position

The Home Health Account Executive at Corpus Christi Healthcare at Home is responsible for driving business development and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, including patients, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals. This role emphasizes the importance of continuity of care and effective communication among all parties involved in patient care. The executive will also play a key role in developing home health programs within the community, ensuring that the services provided meet the needs of patients and referral sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in Marketing, and/or Licensed Nurse preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales or public relations, preferably in a home health care company.
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance.
  • Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Visit and establish rapport with referral sources, providing educational services and presenting business plans.
  • Support and participate in marketing functions to engage in community networking.
  • Communicate progress of all activities to appropriate leaders.
  • Identify new markets to promote services.
