About The Position

Maintain the check stand ends, power panel (wing), outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing (strip) displays, and gift card displays for the location and provide customer service. Requirements

  • Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of six months company experience and one-two years related retail experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends/graveyard shifts on an occasional basis, early shifts, and overtime as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
  • Ability to perform applications in MAGIC and Handheld
  • Proficient with current Company email
  • Familiarity with industry/technical terms/processes
  • Ability to work within set time frames/fixed deadlines
  • Lift truck certification/license

  • Knowledge company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Proficiency with Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Order merchandise and maintain/stock all clips/swing (strips), power panels and check stand ends, crossovers and gift cards per schematic
  • Verify Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) orders are complete
  • Perform Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests
  • Coordinate with HBA and GRO Order Clerk to establish Minimums in Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) for Impulse Items
  • Comply with stockroom maintenance standards
  • Order and maintain displays for cross-over merchandise
  • Order off-shelf merchandise
  • Maintain compliance with divisional signing, recovery, shrink control guidelines, merchandising standards, ticketing standards, planograms, and composites
  • Receive and process freight
  • Perform inventory control functions
  • Verify promotions are set to standard
  • Conduct stock counts
  • Maintain accurate On Hands for Replenishment and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) items
  • Process product deletions
  • Verify accuracy in pricing integrity
  • Comply with corporate policies
  • Promote and follow Company initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of overstock/understock conditions to maintain ordering system integrity
  • Respond to verbal customer comments/complaints
  • Maintain compliance of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) standards
  • Verify all planograms are completed on time
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
