The HOME HARDLINES/CLERK is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitoring quality assurance standards. This role also involves embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, while role modeling the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
