This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, with availability on Saturdays and holidays being essential. While the schedule is set to ensure coverage during peak times, there may be occasional opportunities to adjust your hours as needed, providing some flexibility to accommodate personal commitments. We’re looking for someone who can commit to the regular schedule while also being open to occasional changes when required.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide clear, tailored solutions through strong communication and active listening.
  • Basic Technology Skills: Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and basic computer tasks like email and internet navigation for order tracking and customer communication.
  • Being bilingual can be an asset, especially in diverse customer markets, but is not always required.
