About The Position

The Concierge plays a central role on our Home Experience team, bringing a spirit of hospitality and a passion for exceptional service to every homeowner interaction. Equal parts relationship manager, project coordinator, and lifestyle curator, the Concierge ensures every touchpoint in the homeowner journey feels personal, proactive, and effortless. From guiding clients through the pre-sale process to connecting them with trusted partners long after they've moved in, the Concierge is a true host; someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, builds lasting relationships and creates trust through consistency, connection, and attention to detail. Success in this role is measured by homeowner satisfaction, internal collaboration, and the consistent delivery of MN's premium service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, residential real estate, or client experience management within a high-touch, service-driven environment.
  • Previous experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or client portfolios strongly preferred.
  • Ability to visit homes and job sites, which may include ascending stairs and inspecting interior and exterior spaces.
  • Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs occasionally with or without accommodation.
  • Must be able to work in the Bellevue office Monday-Friday within core business hours (8am - 5pm)
  • Regular travel between job sites and/or the office is required
  • Valid WA State Driver's License
  • Acceptable driving record & proof of vehicle insurance. MN must be listed as an additional insured party on the vehicle insurance

  • Ability to coordinate complex timelines and deliver high-touch experiences for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Comfort communicating across diverse audiences, including homeowners, contractors, designers, and executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in maintaining discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and leverage CRM and workflow tools.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and composure when facing unexpected situations or challenges.
  • Experience developing or contributing to service or lifestyle programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the pre-sale process, creating clarity and confidence as they navigate timelines, milestones, and key decisions.
  • Partners with Sales, Construction, and Design teams to ensure information flows smoothly and clients feel informed and supported.
  • Coordinates milestone meetings and walkthroughs with professionalism and warmth, ensuring each interaction reflects MN's commitment to exceptional service.
  • Anticipates homeowner questions, provides proactive updates, and maintains organized documentation to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Bridges communication between homeowners and internal teams following closing to ensure continuity of care and follow-through.
  • Connects homeowners with MN's trusted network of service providers for ongoing home care, seasonal needs, and lifestyle services.
  • Curates thoughtful gestures, personalized recommendations, and "magic moments" that reinforce MN's dedication to service excellence.
  • Contributes feedback and ideas to help shape MN's evolving Home Experience program.
  • Builds strong relationships with homeowners, internal partners, and vendors grounded in trust, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Models and reinforces actions and behaviors consistent with MN's values, mission, and culture.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
