The Home Equity Post Closing Specialist is responsible for performing a detailed review of completed Home Equity and Consumer Loan packages to ensure all required documents are received, accurately executed and compliant with bank policy and regulatory requirements. This role supports the end-to-end post-closing process - including managing title and recording workflows, tracking document deficiencies and coordinating with branch staff, title attorneys and internal operations to ensure loans are properly funded and recorded in a timely manner. The Specialist also prepares title status reports, orders property titles and assists management with departmental initiatives to support the overall effectiveness of the team.
