About The Position
The Home Equity Loan Specialist at Frontier Credit Union is responsible for guiding potential borrowers through the loan application process, proactively soliciting new mortgage business, and cross-selling additional products and services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources, providing leadership and training to staff, and ensuring high levels of member service while achieving organizational goals.
