About The Position

In the role of the Home Equity Closer , you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently requesting payoffs for Home Equity Lines of Credit. Is includes requesting payoff amounts from external banks and calculating internal payoff amounts. You will thrive in this role through your attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask. Most importantly, you’ll feel valued for who you are and supported to achieve what’s important to you, personally and professionally!
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced work environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior payoff experience preferred
- Willing to work overtime when needed
Responsibilities
- Request payoff amounts from an external bank
- Work closely with the closing team to ensure all applications are worked in a timely manner in order to meet a closing date
- Maintain a pipeline
- Adhere to department standards and complete files within the department SLA
