Home Detailing Technician (Windows, Gutters & Power Washing) Location: Mission, KS | Pay: $17.50 – $22/hr (Base + Tips + Commission) Who We Are Shack Shine (a Southwind company) is redefining the home services industry. Based in the Kansas City Metro, we specialize in window cleaning, gutter maintenance, power washing, and high-end Christmas light installations. The Role: What You’ll Do You’ll be the face of Shack Shine, working outdoors and using top-tier equipment to make homes sparkle. Expert Detailing: Perform professional window washing, gutter cleaning, and power washing. Seasonal Magic: Transition into installing and removing custom Christmas light displays during the fall/winter. Customer Connection: Deliver "World Class" service and identify opportunities to help neighbors with their home maintenance needs. Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in labor or customer service (preferred).
- License: You must be 21+ and have a valid Driver’s License
- Physicality: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and maneuvering ladders.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on reliability.
- High Energy: You love being active, working outdoors, and staying moving.
