About The Position
Home Detailing Technician (Windows, Gutters & Power Washing) Location: Mission, KS | Pay: $17.50 – $22/hr (Base + Tips + Commission) Who We Are Shack Shine (a Southwind company) is redefining the home services industry. The Role: What You’ll Do You’ll be the face of Shack Shine, working outdoors and using top-tier equipment to make homes sparkle. Expert Detailing: Perform professional window washing, gutter cleaning, and power washing. Seasonal Magic: Transition into installing and removing custom Christmas light displays during the fall/winter. Customer Connection: Deliver "World Class" service and identify opportunities to help neighbors with their home maintenance needs. Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years in labor or customer service (preferred).
- License: You must be 21+ and have a valid Driver’s License
- Physicality: Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting, bending, and maneuvering ladders.
- Attitude: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on reliability.
