The Home Delivery Clerk is responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and delivered in good condition. This role requires providing excellent customer service by delivering orders in a timely and courteous manner, addressing and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process efficiently and effectively. The clerk must drive safely and represent the company with professionalism at all times, manage multiple orders and delivery locations, and collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes while ensuring the freshness of food items. Additionally, the clerk will operate delivery vehicles safely in various traffic and weather conditions and assist team members in navigating routes using GPS devices. Clear communication with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders is essential to resolve any issues or concerns, and maintaining detailed delivery logs and ensuring order accuracy is a key responsibility.
