We are seeking a Home Delivered Services Program Specialist to join our frontline team. As a Program Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of meals and other essential items to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Engaging in all aspects of delivering healthy and nutritious meals to home-bound older adults. Providing social connections to mitigate isolation and loneliness in the population served.
