About The Position
Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for residents.
Requirements
- Mature individual with valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
- Ability to coordinate and carry out transportation needs of Agency.
Responsibilities
- Work with Transportation Supervisor to pre-plan and schedule transportation needs of Agency clients.
- Provide actual transportation with Agency van.
- Schedule can use for all components of Agency.
- Monitor and oversee behavior of Agency clients while under your supervision.
- Develop schedule and maintain Agency vehicle maintenance and inspection program.
- Maintain daily vehicle usage reports and monthly usage reports.
- Other duties as may be assigned by Supervision.
- Complete On-site checks HOME & EMPLOYMENT (at least MONTHLY – SOW) (WEEKLY direct contact @ home and worksite – TECHNICAL PROPOSAL)
