Aire Serv is looking for a driven, people-focused HVAC Home Comfort Designer to join our growing team. You’ll start with paid training and a base, then transition into a commission role with realistic earning potential of $65,000–$100,000+ per year. If you enjoy helping homeowners, solving problems, and getting rewarded for results, this role delivers.
Requirements
- Love talking with people and building trust
- Are motivated, organized, and professional
- Want to earn based on performance
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and design comfort solutions they’ll love
- Perform heat gain/loss calculations and system evaluations
- Present system options, upgrades, and financing with confidence
- Turn inbound leads into happy, long-term customers
