About the Role: As a Home Solutions Advisor , you’ll be the trusted face of our company, phone consulting and visiting customers in their homes, assessing their needs, and offering tailored electrical and plumbing solutions. You’ll consult, educate, and guide customers toward services and products that enhance their safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of business to consumer sales (in-home preferred, trades industry a strong plus)
  • Working knowledge of Plumbing and Water Filtration systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
  • Driven by performance and results
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Meet with leads and perform in-home consultations
  • Offer customized solutions in Plumbing and Water Filtration services, upgrades, and safety enhancements

  • Prepare accurate quotes and present financing options when needed
  • Close sales with honesty, integrity, and a service-first mindset
  • Build long-term relationships through follow-ups and excellent service
  • Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and leadership to deliver 5-star customer experience
