About The Position

Looking for CNAs willing to provide quality in-home care to elderly in the Ortonville area. Join HomeWell Care Services as an in-home Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide personalized care and support to those in need.

Requirements

• CNA Certificate
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR, First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Experience with elderly care or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Willing to travel up to 30 minutes for a shift.
• Willing to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
