Requirements

  • Passion for working with children ages 3–16 with special needs.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature.
  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Guide children in building social and communication skills.
  • Support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Plan creative activities that encourage exploration.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
