About The Position
The role of Home Center Manager extends beyond sales to encompass leadership responsibilities. This includes guiding the sales team to enhance productivity, providing regular reports on sales metrics to the VP of Sales, offering coaching and mentoring to team members, collaborating with other Sales Managers to implement best practices, attending Company meetings and events, and addressing any additional duties as they arise in the course of business operations.
