About The Position

As a Care Professional, you'll bring wholehearted, life-energizing care to individuals in their own homes. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and personal assistant tasks while collaborating as part of a care team that may include nurses and therapists from Home Health agencies.

Requirements

• Level 2 Background Check (required)
• CPR/FIRST AID certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days—we pay for your CPR training)
• At least two years of experience working in home care or a senior care facility

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care including toileting, showering, dressing, personal hygiene, medication reminders, exercise support, mobility help, and fall prevention.
• Offer Companionship & Light Housekeeping such as social engagement, meal prep, transportation, errands, grocery shopping, and cleaning living spaces.
• Handle personal assistant tasks like pet care, watering plants, scheduling appointments, and calendar organization.
• Collaborate as part of a care team that may include nurses and therapists from Home Health agencies.
