About The Position

Full Life Care is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1980. From the beginning, we have been dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their caregivers. We help adults of all ages with chronic illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities regardless of their income. We have an amazing opportunity for a Full Life Care - Home Caregiver (North Seattle) to join our team! The hourly rate for these roles has increased! We are now paying $22.67 to $27.61 per hour DOE and prior certifications. Apply today for this incredible opportunity!! We are hiring Home Caregivers to join our team! This role offers paid training and certifications, as well as medical, dental, vision care and more for our team members working 20 hours or more per week, as well as many unique benefits for our full and part time team members! Our Home Care Aides: Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, assistance with restroom and hygiene, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks. Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care. Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy. Participate in and complete training and certification programs. What you need to succeed: Must be at least 18 years or older High School diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required. Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English. Additional languages are preferred. Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required Reliable transportation to and from client's home, personal vehicle is preferred. Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.
