Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
Your own reliable, insured vehicle
Current CPR certification
Recent negative TB results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A dependable, punctual, and professional approach to your work.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or PCA is highly preferred. However, we are willing to train the right person who shows a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Personal Care & ADL Support: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Companionship: Be a friendly, reassuring presence. Engage in conversation, share in hobbies, and offer genuine emotional support.
Household Support: Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Transportation & Errands: Accompany clients to appointments, go grocery shopping, or assist with other essential errands.
Health Monitoring: Provide medication reminders and carefully observe and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition.
