About The Position
We’re growing and looking for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists to join our home care team! If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients, having flexibility in your schedule, and making a real difference, this could be a great fit.
Requirements
- Licensed OT, PT, or ST in New York
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own schedule

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients in their homes
- Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients and families
- Complete simple, timely documentation
- Work independently with support from our clinical team
