About The Position

Are you passionate about helping others? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team & help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home. As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.

Requirements

• Live in or near Belmont NSW including surrounding suburbs Swansea, Belmont South, Blacksmiths, Cams Wharf, Catherine Hill Bay, Caves Beach, Marks Point, Nords Wharf or Pelican.
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (not accepting International licences or shared/rental vehicles).
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers).
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation for entry-level carers.
• Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients for experienced carers.
• Be a friendly face & brighten someone's day.

• Hourly Rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time.
