Home Care Support Worker | Aged Care - Pottsville
About The Position
Are you passionate about helping others? As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
Requirements
- Live in or near Pottsville including surrounding suburbs Bogangar, Burringbar, Cabarita Beach, Casuarina, Crabbes Creek, Cudgera Creek, Cudgen, Duranbah, Fingal Head, Hastings Point, Mooball, Tanglewood, Round Mountain, Sleepy Hallow or Upper Burringbar.
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept international license's or shared/rental vehicles)
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

Responsibilities
- Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
