We’re looking for an experienced caregiver or CNA who’s ready to step into a leadership role that blends coordination, mentorship, and hands-on support. Requirements
- 5+ years of senior caregiving experience required (CNAs strongly encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate leader who supports caregivers and clients alike
- Comfortable using basic computer and scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Recruit, Train & Support Caregivers
- Hire, onboard, and mentor caregivers to build a dependable care team
- Coordinate Care & Scheduling
- Match caregivers with clients and manage daily schedules to ensure continuity of care
- Support Client Care Plans
- Assist with onboarding and ensure care plans are followed consistently
- Build Relationships With Families
- Communicate proactively and address concerns with compassion and professionalism
- Provide Hands-On Care When Needed
- Step in to assist with ADLs, companionship, or meals to keep care uninterrupted
