About The Position

Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.

Requirements

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in scheduling, administrative and health care required
EVV (experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred)
1 year of caregiving/ personal care is desirable
Must be willing to travel
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems
Must have reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Supervisory and/or home care experience

Responsibilities

Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
Support agency staff in delivering high quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan
Perform in home visits in accordance with state regulation including new admissions and routine supervisory visits
Assist in reportable event management and comply with internal and external departments
Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%
Other duties as assigned
