About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to work out of our Troy location. This is a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate who has a heart and passion for helping families in need. The position is salaried and comes with excellent benefits. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering and triaging calls from caregivers, clients, and prospects, managing client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed, and determining optimal client and caregiver matches to ensure a balanced and happy relationship. You will also maintain compliance with timely reporting systems for accurate billing, payroll, and care note submissions, assist with all aspects of office administration, and be on-call for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications. Additionally, you must be willing to work in the field as needed and have direct patient hands-on care experience.
