Requirements

• Required High School or Equivalent
• Required 1 year Computer Related experience

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Associates Computer Related
• Preferred 1 year Home Care experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling and oversight for all disciplines: Nursing, Therapy, and Social Work
• Assists in entering approved PTO and patient Emergency Management Plans into scheduling package
• Enters and verifies vital patient information into billing system
• Maintains CPR card, Driver's license and Auto Insurance information in team member files
• Reviews admission packets for completeness
• Assists the Home Care Supervisor in productivity oversight
• Works all report as indicated in standard work
• Adds and approves all disciplines as instructed by the Supervisor, including the visit type
• Enters skills for each clinician in staff management area of scheduling package and enters assignment of and updates for case manager for each patient
• Assists with daily routine paperwork and clerical duties necessary for the smooth day to day function of the unit
