About The Position
Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor position with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role focuses on supervising Personal Care Aides (PCAs/HCSS) and supporting high-quality, non-medical home care services in the North Buffalo / Tonawanda area. This is NOT a Certified Home Health Agency, and the agency does not medically manage patients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Personal Care Aides (PCAs/HCSS) to ensure safe, high-quality care Provide hands-on guidance, demonstrations, and real-time problem solving Conduct initial patient and family assessments to determine care needs Perform field supervisory visits for PCAs and LPNs Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on staff education and training Serve as an educational resource and support quality and infection control initiatives Oversee care delivery to ensure client satisfaction Pay & Benefits: Health insurance (3 plan options) Dental – 100% employer paid Vision – 100% employer paid Paid time off that increases with longevity 401(k) retirement plan Short-term disability option Long-term disability option Life insurance Electronic charting Paid mileage $30/month phone reimbursement 100% employee-owned company Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York Experience in home care (Licensed Home Care – NOT Certified Home Health) Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions) Ability to work full-time hours Willingness to travel within the North Buffalo / Tonawanda area To Apply, Please Include Answers to the Following: 1. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
- Experience in home care (Licensed Home Care – NOT Certified Home Health)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Willingness to travel within the North Buffalo / Tonawanda area
