About The Position

Position Overview Manages the nursing needs of assigned patients from admission to discharge ensuring patients receive quality nursing care provided in a financially responsible manner. Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. Works with the Nursing Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a patient specific plan of care in accordance with the physician’s orders. #INDHC

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
• Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.
• License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• CPR Certification required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.
