About the Role / Position Summary We’re hiring a Home Care Response Specialist (On-Call Caregiver) to support clients and our care team. You’ll be available during business hours 8:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday to respond to callouts or cover open shifts, and occasional pre-scheduled shifts. Guaranteed pay for 40 hours a week (even if scheduled/worked hours are less) Typical workload: 25–35 hours per week, based on historical data Must be willing to travel throughout our service area (up to 60 miles) Schedule Weekdays: On-call Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend Rotation: One weekend per month (Sat & Sun). Two paid weekdays off after weekend rotation. Weekend shift differential of +$0.50/hour.

Requirements

CNA, HHA, or caregiver experience
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR certification (within 60 days; we’ll help)
Ability to lift/transfer clients and provide personal care
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 miles

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
Provide assistance with personal care.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
Properly manage household needs.
Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
