Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of caregivers and administrative staff.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution processes to foster a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards specific to home care services.
