Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Nice To Haves

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates (PCA/CNA/HHA)
  • Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring caregivers understand company policies, expectations, and care standards
  • Coordinate background checks, onboarding documents, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and employee files
  • Build positive relationships with candidates to promote engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with office leadership to meet staffing needs
  • Assist with job postings, hiring events, and community outreach
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and state regulations
