Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business administration, preferably in health care, with demonstrated understanding of the health care environment.
Minimum of five (5) years experience managing and leading a team across multiple locations.
Understanding of healthcare law and policies at the state, federal and local level for all locations that are within the scope of responsibility.
Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations preferred.
Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, empathy, and personal integrity.
Intermediate to Expert level experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals.
Ability to work variable schedule and be on-call.
