Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.  Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business administration, preferably in health care, with demonstrated understanding of the health care environment.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience managing and leading a team across multiple locations.
  • Understanding of healthcare law and policies at the state, federal and local level for all locations that are within the scope of responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations preferred.
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, empathy, and personal integrity.
  • Intermediate to Expert level experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to define priorities and to assign resources in pursuit of short- and long-term goals.
  • Ability to work variable schedule and be on-call.
