Client is a 19-year old male with TBI, wheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic Available Shifts: Park City: Every day of the week, 12 hour shifts days and nights, 7-7 We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following: Medication set up and oversight Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care Provide in home assessments Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns Weekdays include going to school with client Total personal cares
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year nursing experience
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
- Certified CPR Certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Responsibilities
- Medication set up and oversight
