Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the home care industry and local healthcare networks a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential clients and referral sources.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and local organizations.
  • Represent Eminence Home Care at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication regarding service offerings and client needs.
